Culinary Operations Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor at Osmow's, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service and high-quality meals to our valued customers.
Qualifications- Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
- Setting: Fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Location: Urban area.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Create and manage work schedules for team members.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 individuals.
