Culinary Operations Supervisor

The Culinary Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities within the food service department at Mumbai Central. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Work Schedule Management: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
- Supply Management: Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Training: Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Resource Estimation: Estimate the ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation.
- Staff Recruitment: Hire personnel for food service roles.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to quality control standards.
- Budget Preparation: Prepare budgets and cost estimates for food service operations.
- Customer Relations: Address any complaints or concerns from customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit necessary reports.
- Order Summaries: Compile food order summaries for the chef.
- Culinary Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of the establishment's culinary styles.
- Tray Assembly Supervision: Oversee the assembly of food trays.
- Delivery Coordination: Supervise the delivery of food trolleys.
- Schedule Establishment: Create work schedules for staff.
Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.

Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in food service management.
