- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
- Training: Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Resource Management: Estimate ingredients and supplies necessary for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock and sales.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to quality control standards.
- Budgeting: Prepare budget and cost estimates for food service operations.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Food Preparation Coordination: Prepare food order summaries for the chef and supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
This position operates in a fast-paced environment that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The role may involve standing for extended periods and can be physically demanding.
