Position Overview

The Culinary Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of food preparation and service within our establishment. This role requires a strong focus on quality control and team management.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure timely service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the efforts of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to team members on their roles, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that all food and service offerings adhere to established quality control standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive records related to inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff.

  • Must be bondable.
