Position Overview

The role of a Food Service Supervisor involves overseeing the daily operations of food preparation and service within a culinary establishment. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on operations.
  • Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.
