Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, establishing policies and procedures, and training other workers. They will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing training and development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Train other workers on new procedures and systems
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Advise senior management on administrative matters
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Conduct research and data entry
  • Provide customer service and support
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Or equivalent experience

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines and a large caseload. They will be required to multitask, work accurately, and provide excellent customer service.
