Position Overview

The Office Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative processes at Limitless Karts. This position involves overseeing various office tasks and managing support staff to maintain an efficient work environment.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and refine administrative procedures to enhance office efficiency.
  • Assess and review new administrative processes for effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel.
  • Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage administrative activities within the organization.
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Compile data and prepare regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff members.
  • Oversee and streamline office administrative procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervision of a team of 3-4 individuals is expected.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Experience

Prior experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred. This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 35 hours per week.
