Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate access and utilization of computer networks.
  • Install and configure software applications.
  • Administer, troubleshoot, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and mainframe networks.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade web server hardware and software.
  • Evaluate and implement computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
  • Provide problem-solving assistance to network users.
  • Conduct routine network start-up and shut-down procedures while maintaining control records.
  • Perform data backups and execute disaster recovery operations.
  • Implement network traffic and security monitoring tools, optimizing server performance.
  • Oversee web-server backup and recovery processes.
  • Supervise technical staff to ensure effective operations.
