Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Professional to join our team at 13744582 Canada Inc.. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments efficiently.

  • Administrative Procedures: Oversee and coordinate office administrative processes.
  • Budget Assistance: Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain budgetary controls.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic reports and manuals.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program in a related field (1 to 2 years).

Experience: A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Familiarity with electronic mail systems.
