Finance Manager, eCommerce

Colgate-Palmolive Company is a leading global consumer goods company that is reimagining a healthier future for all people, their pets, and our planet. We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager, eCommerce to join our dynamic Customer Development Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive eCommerce growth and profitability
  • Manage the P&L Gross to Net media and consumer promotion investment
  • Oversee the profitability of eCommerce customers and provide financial analysis and recommendations
  • Actively participate in account planning, business reviews, and Anniversary Vendor Negotiations
  • Conduct financial modeling for new items, ECom Packs, and go-to-market strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of relevant Accounting or Financial experience
  • Advanced analytical and technology skills (Excel, SAP, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and set priorities
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present financial information and issues
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Commercial Finance experience
  • CPA or MBA
