Human Resources Specialist

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Key Responsibilities- Design, execute, and assess human resources strategies and initiatives.
- Provide guidance to management and staff regarding the application of human resources policies, benefits, and collective agreements.
- Facilitate the resolution of workplace conflicts and grievances.
- Conduct research and develop job classifications, role descriptions, and compensation structures.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, equity programs, and other human resources initiatives.
- Coordinate employee evaluation and performance management systems.
- Investigate employee benefits and health and safety protocols, recommending improvements as necessary.
- Recruit, train, and manage personnel.
- Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or employees.
