Claims Management Professional

We're seeking a seasoned Claims Manager to lead our Unit Claims team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for driving business results and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to your team to achieve key business objectives.
- Coordinate workflow and participate in day-to-day operations, reporting on activities and progress.
- Plan unit activities to optimize service levels and ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain effective communication channels with other departments and stakeholders.
- Liaise with claims experts and management on technical and administrative matters.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, standards, and procedures.
- Facilitate continuous learning and development within the team.
- Conduct regular productivity and quality audits, providing feedback and coaching to team members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance business results and competitiveness.
- Participate in expense management and recruitment processes.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- University degree or equivalent business experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience or equivalent work experience.
- Strong technical skills in claims, with leadership skills to motivate and coach staff.
