We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our professional standards program and manage professional indemnity claims.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and oversee the firm's professional standards program, including the management of professional indemnity claims.
- Establish and maintain professional standards policies and documents.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive compliance with professional standards.
- Manage professional indemnity claims made against the organization.
- Report claims activity and outcomes to the risk management and insurance team.
- Oversee a robust privacy and compliance management program.
- Bachelor's degree in insurance, law, business, or a related field.
- ~10 years of loss adjusting and litigation management experience, with direct experience in professional indemnity (E&O) claims.
- Expert-level knowledge of claims management, including loss adjusting, mediation, and litigation management experience.
- Adjuster licensing preferred.
- CIP, FCIP, or CRM designation required.
