We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our professional standards program and manage professional indemnity claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the firm's professional standards program
  • Manage professional indemnity claims made against the organization
  • Establish and maintain professional standards policies and documents
  • Collaborate with management team to drive compliance with professional standards
  • Report claims activity and outcomes to risk management and insurance team
  • Oversee robust privacy and compliance management program
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in insurance, law, business or a related field
  • ~10 years of loss adjusting and litigation management experience with direct experience with professional indemnity (E&O) claims
  • Expert level knowledge of claims management including loss adjusting, mediation and litigation management experience
  • Adjuster licensing preferred
  • CIP, FCIP or CRM designation required
