Senior Claims Manager, Specialty Claims

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Manager to lead our Specialty Claims team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of complex claims, developing and implementing strategies to improve claims outcomes, and leading a team of claims professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage a team of claims professionals to achieve exceptional claims outcomes
• Develop and implement strategies to improve claims efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with brokers and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and results
• Analyze and resolve complex claims issues
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our claims processes are best-in-class
• Juris Doctor and 5 or more years of experience in the Specialty Claims
• OR Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Specialty Claims
• AND 2 or more years of people management experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of insurance legal statutes and procedures
• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, claims, and the insurance legal and regulatory environment
