Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with executive leadership to formulate and convey pivotal messages that resonate with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Establish and uphold a uniform corporate brand voice across all communication platforms.
  • Lead the formulation and implementation of strategic communication initiatives that enhance the company's brand and public perception.
  • Collaborate on impactful projects aimed at boosting employee engagement and mobilization.
  • Oversee and manage budgets for various philanthropic endeavors.
  • Provide strategic direction for the communications team’s initiatives.
  • Stay informed about best practices in communications and employer branding, as well as industry developments.
Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Degree in communication studies, public relations, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Over 15 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of communication policies, practices, and strategic frameworks.
  • Inspirational leadership qualities and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset, political acumen, results-oriented approach, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
