Position Overview
As a pivotal member of our organization, you will contribute to our unique market position through agility and dedication.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development, you will collaborate closely with senior executives to facilitate and define the overarching corporate strategy process. Your role will involve scoping, analyzing, and addressing key strategic challenges using a data-driven methodology.

Key Responsibilities
# Oversee the annual strategy cycle across the organization.
# Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, delivering clear insights and recommendations to support informed business decisions.
# Play a significant role in coaching, developing, and managing the performance of analysts and managers within the strategy and corporate development team.

Collaborate with executives throughout the company as a thought partner to enhance the quality of their strategic plans.
# Lead comprehensive strategic initiatives, including cross-functional business cases to support major investments, in-depth analyses of strategic threats or opportunities, and other initiatives with substantial business impact.
# Manage the annual strategic cycle, which includes:
# Contributing to the ongoing development of the annual strategy and long-range planning process, designing key interactions to support the creation of strategic and operational plans.
# Coordinating activities across all business units to facilitate the company's annual strategy review.
# Ensuring that people leaders and their teams comprehend our strategy and can align their objectives with organizational priorities.
# Keeping the leadership team informed on significant industry trends and developments; preparing executive-level reports, recommendations, and presentations to aid decision-making at the senior management and Board levels.
# Coordinating the delivery of ad-hoc analyses to support senior executive and board decision-making.

Qualifications
# Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related fields.
# Professional designations such as CA/CFA/CBV are considered advantageous.
# A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in management or strategy consulting, or strategy-related roles within a large, dynamic organization.
# Experience in coordinating the strategic planning cycle.
# Familiarity with the telecommunications sector is beneficial.

Bilingualism is strongly preferred (English and French). A proven track record of leading project teams in strategic initiatives, M&A transactions, and other fast-paced projects is essential.
# Strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
# A keen intellectual curiosity about the company's operations, industry, and technology.
# Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively synthesize and present information to stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
# Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
