Care for Clients in Their Own Homes

**About the Role**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at ComForCare Home Health Care - Guelph-Cambridge. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

**Responsibilities**

* Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide personal care, including assistance with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises
* Prepare and serve meals, as well as manage household needs
* Offer companionship and respite services to clients and their families
* Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**

* Ontario PSW Certificate and Valid CPR/First Aid
* Reliable transportation
* Previous experience as an at-home caregiver or in senior communities
