Security Guard Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and personnel.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide access control and gate attendance services
* Monitor and patrol industrial and construction sites
* Track and record data using Microsoft Office software
* Record daily contractor staff and equipment stock
* Respond to emergencies and incidents
* Provide excellent customer service

**Prerequisites:**

* Valid Security License for the province of Ontario
* Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C certification
* Proficient in English (both oral and written)
* 6+ months in customer service
* Reliable transportation to and from site for shifts

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Previous security experience
* Experience in Industrial or Construction Site security
* Certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)
