Customer Experience and Support Operations Specialist

As a key member of DoorDash's operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. This position requires a strong understanding of customer experience and support operations, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Promote retention and overall merchant success through proactive outreach and service via phone, email, or video call.
- Develop and maintain relationships with merchants to understand their needs and provide tailored support solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform support strategies and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer experience and support operations.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer support, hospitality, or a related field.
- Bilingual in French and English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM software) and ability to view and interpret dashboards.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
- Experience with SQL is a plus.
