Customer Experience and Support Operations Specialist

At DoorDash Canada, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience and Support Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, white-glove support and service to our merchants
  • Promote retention and overall merchant success through proactive outreach via phone, email, or Zoom call
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with merchants to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer support, hospitality, or a related field
  • Bilingual in French and English (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM software) and ability to view and interpret dashboards
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Suite and G Suite
  • Experience with SQL is a plus
