Office Coordinator

As an Office Coordinator at TKO Truck and Trailer Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. This is a temporary position requiring a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Information Management: Facilitate the flow of information within the team.
- Operational Oversight: Direct and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency.
- Staff Coordination: Lead and motivate staff to achieve organizational goals.
- Communication: Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and materials.
- Scheduling: Plan and confirm appointments as necessary.
- Policy Implementation: Establish and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries.
- Data Management: Maintain and manage digital databases and perform data entry tasks.
- Financial Administration: Assist with basic bookkeeping and manage office supplies inventory.
- Research and Reporting: Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
Proficiency in the following software is essential:
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS Word
- Database software
- Social Media platforms
The role requires:
