About the Role

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join our growing team as a Sales Development Representative / Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, prospecting, and creating new pipelines with enterprise customers, and will have a direct impact on developing the sales culture at Denvr Dataworks.

This is a commission-based compensation structure with opportunities to earn based on performance. If you are a results-driven and hunter mentality individual with a vibrant and energetic attitude, and a willingness to perform and get things done, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Follow up on leads provided by the company through various channels to understand customer needs and provide information about our products and services.
  2. Engage with potential customers to build rapport and trust, converting them into warm leads for further engagement by the sales team.
  3. Liaise with multiple stakeholders in Customer Service, IT, and Operations to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and progress.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to hand off warm leads and provide comprehensive background information to facilitate the sales process.
  6. Continuously learn about our products or services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
  7. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead follow-up and conversion activities.
Requirements
  1. 3-5 years experience as a BDR/SDR or other relevant sales/customer-facing experience.
  2. Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
  3. Results-driven and hunter mentality.
  4. Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done.
  5. Tech-savvy, ability to understand complex technology and translate it to customer benefits.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  7. Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets and objectives.
  8. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
