About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canyon Creek Liquor Store. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with the latest products.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Payroll and Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving, storing, and stocking merchandise.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise 1-2 team members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, with tight deadlines and attention to detail required.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, dependable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
