Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Trust Convenience Store Ltd. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, supervise staff, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure. The ability to multitask, work accurately, and maintain attention to detail is essential.
