About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at MEGA SANJHA PUNJAB GROCERY STORE INC. as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 sales associates, including cashiers, grocery clerks, shelf stockers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage store appearance, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, team player, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and leading a team of sales associates. The store is located in a busy shopping district, with public transportation available.
