Position Overview:
Are you a personable individual with a passion for customer engagement? If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy assisting clients, this role within the Desjardins Agent team could be an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client requirements, and promote suitable insurance products and services.
  • Deliver timely, precise, and courteous customer support. This includes addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility criteria, coverage details, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous.
  • Proven history of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Capability to present information to prospective clients.
  • Property & Casualty license is preferred, or the ability to obtain one.
