We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist with ITIL 4 expertise to lead our ITSM transformation project for a public sector client.
Key Responsibilities- Review existing ITSM practices and provide a clear path forward for its new practices.
- Utilize knowledge of ITIL 4 to advise on current practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Support business process engineering for migrating from Axios Assyst to a new adopted ITSM tool.
- Use business, workflow, and organizational modeling software, including MS Visio, to design and implement new processes.
- Support process development for priority process changes and create process documentation in support of changes to IT service models and process lifecycles.
- Provide expert advice in developing and integrating process and information models between processes to eliminate information and process redundancies.
- ITIL 4 foundations certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in ITSM.
- Proficiency in MS Visio.
- Experience in ITSM transformation projects.
- Knowledge of architectural frameworks, such as TOGAF or DNDAF.
