Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist with ITIL 4 Expertise

Project: IT Service Management (ITSM) transformation project
Background:
The organization is undergoing a significant change by migrating from its legacy Axios Assyst tool. The uncertainty surrounding the adoption of a new tool, likely BMC Remedy or ServiceNow, presents an opportunity for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess existing ITSM practices and develop a roadmap for future improvements;
- Utilize ITIL 4 expertise to advise on current practices and identify areas for enhancement;
- Support business process engineering for the migration from Axios Assyst to the new adopted ITSM tool;
- Apply business, workflow, and organizational modeling software, including MS Visio, to visualize and optimize processes;
- Collaborate in the development of process documentation to support changes to IT service models and process lifecycles;
- Provide expert advice on integrating process and information models to eliminate redundancies and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- ITIL 4 foundation certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Service Management
- Proficiency in MS Visio
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in ITSM transformation projects
- Knowledge of architectural frameworks (TOGAF, DNDAF, etc.)
