Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist

Project: ITSM transformation project
Background:
The organization is undergoing a significant transformation by migrating from its legacy Axios Assyst tool. The uncertainty surrounding the adoption of a new tool, likely BMC Remedy or ServiceNow, presents an opportunity for process improvement.
Tasks:
- Review existing ITSM practices and provide a path forward for its new practices;
- Utilize knowledge of ITIL 4 to advise on current practices;
- Support business process engineering for migrating from Axios Assyst to the new adopted ITSM tool;
- Use business, workflow, and organizational modeling software, including MS Visio;
- Support process development for priority process changes;
- Create process documentation in support of changes to IT service models and process lifecycles;
- Provide expert advice in developing and integrating process and information models between processes to eliminate information and process redundancies.
Must Haves:
- ITIL 4 foundations
- ITSM - 2+ years
- MS Visio
Nice to Haves:
- ITSM Transformation Project(s)
- Architectural Frameworks (TOGAF, DNDAF, etc.)
