We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Bulkley Lodge. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering patient-centered care. You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing direct patient care and collaborating with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and education
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
- One (1) year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
