Job Summary

BMS Constructions and Paints Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and reliable Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.

  • Organized: The ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Reliability: A strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Work Term: Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
