We are in search of a talented and seasoned Lead Salesforce Solutions Architect to become an integral part of our innovative team. The ideal candidate will take charge of delivering exceptional solutions within the Salesforce environment. You will ensure that technical designs are meticulously documented and comply with Salesforce best practices. The Lead Salesforce Solutions Architect will exhibit flexibility in adapting to ongoing changes, maintain a growth-oriented mindset, and foster innovation by pinpointing areas for enhancement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial, along with providing support for production activities as needed. Experience in DevOps is preferred, and proficiency in Salesforce Classic is essential, while familiarity with Salesforce Lightning is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume ownership and responsibility for delivering top-notch Salesforce solutions.
  • Document technical designs and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices.
  • Exhibit adaptability to evolving requirements and maintain a growth mindset.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and executing opportunities for enhancement within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
  • Assist with production support activities as necessary.
  • Utilize DevOps methodologies and tools to streamline development processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven history of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Classic is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design, and development best practices.
  • Ability to effectively document technical designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are beneficial.
