The ideal candidate will take charge of delivering top-notch solutions within the Salesforce environment, ensuring that all technical designs are meticulously documented and comply with Salesforce best practices.

The Lead Salesforce Solutions Architect will be expected to:

  • Take ownership of high-quality Salesforce solution delivery.
  • Document technical designs thoroughly and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and implementing enhancements within the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
  • Utilize DevOps methodologies and tools to streamline development processes.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Approximately 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, demonstrating a successful project delivery track record.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Classic is essential.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design, and development best practices.
  • Ability to document technical designs effectively.
  • Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools is advantageous.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are beneficial.
