We excel in rapid prototyping, technology consulting, and advisory services aimed at resolving specific software challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead the design and execution of Salesforce solutions, emphasizing customization, configuration, and integration with external systems.
2. Offer technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and adherence to best practices through regular code reviews and constructive feedback.
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend requirements and translate them into efficient Salesforce solutions, utilizing Salesforce's extensive capabilities.
4. Engage in architectural and design discussions, providing recommendations for technical enhancements.
5. Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features and technologies, contributing to the organization's technical knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in Salesforce development and implementation, with proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and external system integration.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components is a significant plus.
- Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and UI design best practices.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and fostering collaboration within a team environment.
