The Corporate Development team is responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and overseeing mergers and acquisitions. Our goal is to drive revenue growth and create new products that meet the needs of our customers.

About the Corporate Development Analyst Role

We're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Corporate Development Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting analyses to support key business areas, including business development, fundraising, and M&A. You'll also assist in sourcing, identifying, and performing due diligence on potential M&A targets and partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and development.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that align with our company goals.
  • Conduct data analysis to track performance and inform business decisions.
  • Oversee and manage M&A activities, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions.
  • Communicate company financials and key performance indicators (KPIs) to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a startup environment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Amplitude and Looker.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

As part of our compensation philosophy, we benchmark roles based on geographic location. The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $95,000 CDN.
