- Machinery Operation: Operate machinery safely and efficiently to support the production of high-quality baked goods.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Accuracy: Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive high-quality products and a positive experience.
- Dependability: Be reliable and dependable, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Judgement: Use your judgement to make informed decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with the culinary team to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Patience: Demonstrate patience and understanding when working with customers and colleagues.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
