Bakery Specialist

Country Market is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, rolls, cakes, and pastries.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, following established recipes and customer orders.
- Bake and decorate cakes, pastries, and other sweet treats.
- Train and supervise bakery staff to ensure high-quality products and efficient production.
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure seamless production.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
