Bakery Specialist

Country Market is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes.
Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality baked goods.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Prepare special orders and ensure that products meet established standards.
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet customer expectations.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
- Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail.
- Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads.
- Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or food service environment.
The Bakery Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The Bakery Specialist will work 30 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
