Credit and Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collections Analyst to join our team at Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in investigating, verifying, and resolving operational deductions, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain our exceptional financial health.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve operational deductions, ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize collection activities and maintain Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Days Trade Payable (DTP) metrics.
- Manage daily bank deposit cash applications and balancing, including accurate coding of operational and trade deductions.
- 3+ years of experience in a credit and collections role, preferably in a CPG or Food & Beverage industry.
- Proven financial investigation skills, with ability to analyze, interpret, forecast, and present findings and reports.
- Highly proficient in Excel and AX systems.
