About the Role

Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee is seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collections Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in investigating, verifying, and resolving operational deductions, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain our exceptional financial health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve operational deductions, ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize collection activities and maintain DSO and DTP.
  • Manage daily bank deposit cash applications and balancing, including accurate coding of operational and trade deductions.
  • Build relationships with AP contacts at our customers, prioritizing customer service, empathy, and respect.
  • Contribute to department and company projects, driving system upgrades, deductions analysis, and process improvements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a credit and collections role, preferably in a CPG or Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven financial investigation skills, with expertise in analyzing, interpreting, forecasting, and presenting findings and reports.
  • High proficiency in Excel and AX systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams and customers.
