We are seeking a Labour Relations Specialist to join our team at Transat AT. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on labour relations matters, including collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and employment law compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and support to management on labour relations issues, including collective bargaining and grievance resolution;
- Develop and implement labour relations strategies to promote a positive and productive work environment;
- Collaborate with HR and management to resolve workplace conflicts and disputes;
- Stay up-to-date on labour laws and regulations, and provide advice on compliance;
- Represent the company in labour relations matters, including negotiations and arbitrations.
- University diploma in Labour Relations or equivalent;
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in labour relations or a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
