Job Summary:The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures and review and evaluate existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies and prepare and submit progress and other reports.
- Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Health care plan.
- Free parking available.
- Permanent position.
- 40 hours per week.
- Work in a team environment.
