As a Team Assistant, your role will be to assist the designated team in their everyday operations, ensuring that clients receive timely and effective service.
Leveraging your experience in healthcare administrative support, you will have the chance to significantly contribute to delivering integrated, accessible, and patient-focused care, all while being part of a collaborative team of over 9,000 regulated health professionals and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver administrative assistance to Care Coordinators Manage new referrals and requests for services, supplies, and equipment Handle and assist in the management of confidential patient records Input, update, and maintain a substantial volume of patient information in the electronic database Respond to a high volume of phone inquiries from patients, families, and service providers, directing calls as necessary Provide backup support to other roles as neededRequired Qualifications:
Proficiency in both written and spoken French is essential Minimum of a Grade 12 diploma At least 2 years of relevant office experience Strong keyboarding and data-entry capabilities Proficient in database software, MS Word, Excel, and other applications within a Windows environment Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to work independently Advanced multitasking skills, with the capability to meet performance and service objectives Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, while interacting sensitively with clients from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong listening abilities Compliance with our mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy is required for employmentPreferred Qualifications:
