Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant division at Coffee Time. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement menu offerings that meet customer demands and drive sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Represent Coffee Time in the community, building relationships with local businesses and stakeholders.
- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a senior leadership position.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
