- Meeting Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to ensure timely execution and compliance.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to ensure prompt communication with stakeholders.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Advisory Role: Provide advice to senior management on administrative matters.
- Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to support business operations.
- Financial Management: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
