About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ROWDY'S BAR. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support other team members to ensure they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Meeting Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to ensure timely execution and compliance.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to ensure prompt communication with stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Advisory Role: Provide advice to senior management on administrative matters.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to support business operations.
  • Financial Management: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
