Senior Director of Acquisition Credit Policy & Analytics

Fleetcor is seeking a Senior Director of Acquisition Credit Policy & Analytics to lead a strategic function within the US Risk team. This role will help execute credit strategies and analytics for the US Vehicle payment business of Fleetcor, approximately $1B in annual revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and steward the implementation of the credit road map, partnering with customers, stakeholders, and Risk functional leaders.
  • Lead efforts to evaluate, test, and integrate existing and new credit data sources, leveraging data and analytics.
  • Own end-to-end application credit loss rates, mitigating risk while creating automation and improving decision accuracy.
  • Develop and implement credit strategies, including new credit models and rules to prevent losses.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create segment-level NPV models, maximize approvals, and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of credit risk strategy experience in credit card acquisition, preferably in Near-Prime credit segments.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically, frame for success, and execute tactically.
  • Expert analytical skills to drive business results through data-driven business proposals.
  • Proficiency in using Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and Python programming languages.
  • Ability to deliver business proposals and present results to senior management.
