Senior Director of Acquisition Credit Policy & Analytics

Fleetcor is seeking a Senior Director of Acquisition Credit Policy & Analytics to lead a strategic function within the US Risk team. This role will help execute credit strategies and analytics for the US Vehicle payment business of Fleetcor, approximately $1B in annual revenue.

About the Role

This position reports to the VP of Acquisition Risk for the US and is based in Atlanta. As a Senior Director of Acquisition Credit Policy & Analytics, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment with an assigned workspace in the Atlanta, GA office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement credit roadmaps considering Fleetcor's current and future strategy by partnering with customers, stakeholders, and Risk functional leaders.
  • Lead efforts to evaluate, test, and integrate existing and new credit data sources by leveraging data and analytics.
  • Own end-to-end credit loss rates and help mitigate application credit risk while creating more automation and improving decision accuracy to enable business growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of credit risk strategy experience in credit card acquisition, preferably with strong business acumen in the Near-Prime credit segment.
  • 5+ years of credit experience in underwriting and designing strategies for Small Business Segments.
  • Expert analytical skills to drive business results through data-driven business proposals.
  • Proficiency in using Excel / Spreadsheet and PowerPoint / Slides.
  • Proficiency in using SQL and Python programming languages.
