Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at A4S IMMIGRATION SERVICES LTD. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Switchboard Operations: Answer and relay telephone calls, messages, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, process information, and perform various clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • Communication: Arrange teleconferences, send invoices, and receive and issue payments.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, interacting with clients, colleagues, and management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
