We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Canadian Vape Trader Incorporation. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Administrative Tasks
    • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Provide Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed
    • Assist with special projects and events as required
  • Manage Office Operations
    • Manage office supplies and equipment
    • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office facilities
  • Communicate Effectively

Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Experience

  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive
